picked up a kd-11 a few weeks ago, was told it worked when it was removed from kitchen.

don't need it have 3 or 4 other kd-12's but could not let it just sit there on craigslist.

I paid $60 for it and spent about 40 in gas picking it up so will sell for
100.00 bucks. looks good, no rust on tub area or racks. it's a gravity drain. it is missing the control knob but there is one on e bay right now if anyone wanted to do some serious restoration to this machine.

am back on line again so can post a few picks if anyone is interested. if not I will just put it in the barn with all my others and probably never touch it again!

trouble keeping that kd-18 running well! the design of the sump on the later 18-20 models is so much better than the earlier 15-17 models in that it has a bigger opening and not those bolt holes all the way around that can rust out and corrode away.

and parts are out there in generous supply. pump seals, fill and drain valves, e bay is a great source.

i have one 18 model myself, I had a few 19 and 20's but stripped them down and had to discard the tubs due to lack of room. mine is an avocado built in model, a kds-18 I picked up somewhere here in ohio, can't remember.

have fun with your new toy and post pics for everyone!

its in decent shape overall......

just a dirty little thing.....picked it up in Troy ohio of all places....owner told me he bought the house last october it was owned by an old hobart exec that just passed away at 106. It definately is going to need new racks as they are rusted out and some good elbow grease...... I will need to source a new front panel as well. Tub is in GREAT shape underside shows no signs of leaks either. If you have any spare parts Peter feel free to email me at Joseph.wilson1975@gmail.com

I could use a KD11 if it's still available!
