These surely are not common in this condition?

Ad content :

"FOR SALE IS A VERY RARE ANTIQUE FRIGIDAIRE ELECTRIC FOLD BACK SURFACE COUNTER 4 BURNER STOVE. BOY WHAT A RARE FIND THIS IS GOING TO BE FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR THAT VINTAGE LOOK IN THERE KITCHEN BUT DON'T HAVE ROOM FOR THE BIG OLD STOVES. THIS UNIT HAS 4 BURNERS THAT FOLD DOWN AND WHEN DONE COOKING THEY FOLD BACK UP. THE UNIT IS IN BETTER THEN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I THINK IT IS MINT BECAUSE OF ITS AGE BUT LETS JUST CALL IT EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE UNIT LOOKS AWESOME AND ALL THE CHROME IS IN BEAUTIFUL SHAPE WITH A FEW SMALL SPOTS OF PITTING HERE AND THERE. THE PITTING IS NOT RUSTED SO YOU CANT REALLY SEE IT UNLESS YOUR RIGHT ON TOP OF IT INCHES AWAY. ITS BEEN TESTED AND WORKS PERFECT. THE REST OF THE UNIT IS MINT NO DENTS OR ANYTHING ANYWHERE. THIS UNIT IS HARD WIRED IN AND CAN BE BOLTED TO A WALL OR SIT ON TOP OF A COUNTER. THIS WOULD EVEN BE A GREAT EDITION TO ANY VINTAGE OR ANTIQUE KITCHEN WITH A STOVE ALREADY. PLEASE EMAIL ANY QUESTIONS. THE UNIT SIZE IS 5 1/2 INCHES WIDE(DEPTH), 15 INCHES HIGH, AND 60 INCHES LONG. 4 BURNERS TWO ARE A LITTLE SMALLER THEN THE OTHERS. HAS 3 WIRES SO IT IS BASIC CONNECTION FOR INSTALL. THANKS FOR LOOKING. I WILL ENTERTAIN OFFERS ON THIS ITEM."

I love the fold-down cooktops, but that price, uh, seems...steep.

In the early 80s, John walked out of a thrift store with a 4 unit one of these on his shoulder and a guy outside complimented him on his boom box.
