Wow! That's what my parents had in the house they bought in 1978. Those cabinets had been Formica covered in a light wood-grain, and it had a built-in cooktop/oven; but that was the dishwasher. POS which didn't last a month before my mom insisted we replace it. We'd had a low-end Sears from 1968 in our old house which worked lots better than this one. Only interesting thing was the 3-way handle which had 3 positions--lock and run, lock and dry, and open. The d/w did dry well, as it popped open a couple inches while staying latched and the element was on so the moisture was well vented while the dishes were baked dry...
