And here it is with the added water. The water is touching the bottom of the heat guards on the wash arm, and there was still some surging in the pump. |

If you look at the pic in reply #7 you will see under the back flush arm that the bearing/seal ring is split. I am willing to bet that when the wash pump is going that water is surging out that seal and not pressuring the arms and tower like it should be. Just a thought .also look at the lower arm sides, they tend to split.
