Hey!
Very posh Miele you have, I'm pretty sure that if you contact Miele they should be able to tell you, btw is that a hoover/candy dryer you have on top of it?

So did you already give it a New Code? If no, the code could be the standard 125! If no, first try to unplug machine over night. It may reset? Further, just ask Miele. They'll help you! And if you are completly desperated: there are only 1000 choices! Start with some you/the owners may have used. Than use some "misspelled" ones. Than Start over at 000 and go up! Good luck anyway!

You can open the dryer by pushing your fingers between the door and the cabinet, about where the latch is and pull it open.
