SE/SG1000. A very cool machine but sometimes developed issues where you had to really press to get the touch controls to respond. You could control the rinse temps, too. A cool variation of this was the 9900. Same as this really but had a cool work light mounted on the panel right above the tub so it would light up the inside from above. Looks to be in nice shape and these are real survivors. It's really amazing how many are still out there.

I believe in the real estate market this is called a "flip". I think "Al" in Decatur saw a good deal and decided he could make some $$$ on it.
