Just posted 4 hrs. ago - not the favored color it seems...?

"THIS GE REFRIGERATOR WAS MY PARENTS. THEY BOUGHT IT NEW IN THE LATE 50'S OR EARLY 60'S BUT I'M NOT SURE.

THIS GE REFRIGERATOR IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND WORKS GREAT.

IT NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING THAT'S ABOUT IT.

THE ENAMAL FINISH IS EXCELLENT. NOTHING IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN.

$75.00 "

In the first picture (with the door closed on the fridge), what is that off to the right? Whatever it is, it is also in coppertone brown. Washer?

Almost

. . . but not quite.  It's within driving distance for the Jimmy, but it lacks the swing-out shelves.

And coppertone is my least favorite color.  It's drab and to me it always looks dirty, particularly with the heavy shading.

GE & Maytag

Hd the most rich, deep, intense looking coppertone of any brand as far I'm concerned. Friends of mine had a 606 set and other friends of my parents had a GE kitchen from this vintage. I loved to just sit and look at all the appliances.

That's a Maytag washer and a porta-dryer next to it in the first picture.

Big Wedgewood range too:

sorry is right.. It almost looks like there was water damage of some sort.. look at the rust on the stove, the wall paper peeling etc. probably a crack house or something

That vacuum coffeemaker looks as if it might be a Cory DRU. They were well-regarded vacuum pots for a long time there. Browse eBay auctions if you want to see some.

Cory DRU, messy kitchen, crack house - next up, CSI or something ...no feet or legs in picture, is there?
