W/O the serial # would anyone know the approximate age of an LHA7000 whirlpool washer ???

I think the LHA series is from 1980, approximately. I think these were the last three letter series models before WP started with the LA models for 1982 or so.

I will consult my parts catalog, if I find different, I will let you know. However, I think you'll find this machine is a short centerpost model, and is not a candidate to be a baseplate donor for the '75, sadly.

Gordon you knew just why I asked.....I'm still looking for a baseplate for my washer... when the weather warms up I am going to head to scrap yards,, Jim
