This is the Craigslist site for the High Rockies area, which includes a lot of places. The machines are supposed to be in Tabernash, Colorado, which is a very small place that's in the southeast quarter of the state. It's a little over 950 miles from Tucson.
Here's a link to the home page for the High Rockies CL site, so that you can see what places are considered "nearby." Note that "nearby" doesn't necessarily mean to CL what it means to the rest of us - my local Waterloo, IA Craigslist considers Omaha to be nearby, when it's 250 miles away - around a four-hour drive. rockies.craigslist.org/... |

what i actually did was google the area code & first 3 numbers in the phone number to see what city it went to and it said granby, colorado. then i did a google for "directions from tucson, arizona to granby, colorado. and it shows me a map & says it is a 13 hour & 54 minute drive (one way)!!!
we'll see what happens.... :o/ |

Here's a little hunting tip:
Things in small towns and rural areas tend to sell faster and for higher prices than stuff in big cities, because it's not nearly as easy to find good used appliances in the boonies. Big cities are where a lot of the bargains are to be found. There are many exceptions to this, but I have found it useful as a general rule. |

They didn't delete the ad?
Actually, what surprises me on CL is when the seller does delete the ad. Usually, what happens when you contact sellers who've sold something is that they angrily respond, "That's done bin SOLD!" like it's your fault for not having a crystal ball that would give you this information about ads that are still up and active. |
