I know that this is site devoted to automatic washers but I was wondering if it is ok to talk about wringer machines too? I have seven of them at home and all work except one. Thanks. ABC 0 matic

p.s. Super Forum?? can we have clarification on whats what??

It was my understanding that Imperial was pre 1985, De-lux was post 1985 & Sandbox was Laundry Detergent, other vintage appliances ( including vacs) and off topic stuff...

So

Wringers & Twin Tubs,??!!

Would rather post in the right area in case others start raging into their soapflakes!!!

foh paw ;-)

Wouldn't that be foaming in their soapflakes?

Actually, I've done a foh paw then...and posted my Maytag NX saga in the wrong place before....

Gary (abcomatic) ... I've made the mistake in posting about wringers in this forum, too. I'm a wringer lover also and have a nice collection of Maytag's.

This forum (Imperial) is for classic/vintage automatic appliances. The Super forum is for all other vintage appliances (wringers and I would assume, twin tubs). If you read the wording underneath the links, it describes each forum pretty well.

Your collection sounds interesting! I bet we would love to see photos of it on the Super forum!!!!
