Found this Westinghouse washer on craigslist. If someone is intrested in this, I can pick this up for them. I've already sent the seller an email. I'm also curious about the G.E. kitchen

No it's just a washer only.
While the true "combo" does pop up on rare occations, you won't see many out there very often. With the exception of European and Asian brands, the last one built in the USA was about 1972.
Many brands tended to be tempermental or problematic due to their design. Combine that with the fact many service techs didn't like to work on them, many were simply hauled away and replaced with something else.
