This is going to sound elementary, but how do you get the buttons off? I ordered a new set of buttons for the control panel, I went to "pull" the old ones off and they wont come off. Do they just slip on and off or am I missing something? Thanks.

Nope, you got it, they should just come off. Take a small pair of pliers and in the center of the button(s) place them and squeeze till a grip is there. Then tug a little, with a quick force, they will come off. If not, I will tell you how to take them apart. Email me if you have any other questions.
