This seller may not be aware of media mail discounts. When shipping books and manuals media mail rates can make a huge difference. The only downside is it can take a while longer for the package to get where it's going.

And if you read down inside the auction, the seller states that these items are for local pick up only. Pella, Iowa which is slightly SE of Des Moines.
