This looks pretty nice if you're a fan of Harvest Gold. Very clean, nice console and friendly $80 price. I like it.

Nice Range.

Double ovens, no P*7 or Sensi-Temp. Early 70s by the look of it.

Scared to disagree with a member, but me thinks that's a self-cleaning oven. Oven door with seal looks like a SC model. Also says Cook/Clean (at least I think that's Clean) at top oven door handle. Looks like there's a lock latch at top of oven cavity too. Maybe Rover chewed the lock lever off.

PS...I'm no range expert so be kind if I'm wrong

Yes

This has the P*7 instructions on the glass. Wonder if the lock lever conked out and they just removed it altogether?

Shame on me - didn't look at the actual ad pics!

Yep, it's P*7. That is a Fiberglas door seal on the large oven, plus the slide tabs for the oven door shield. The "Cook" and "Clean" indicia also appear on the knuckle guard. And as noted, the P*7 directions are on the backsplash glass, plus the lock lever release button.

However, I don't see a lock lever for the oven. Could be broken or have been removed for some DIY "repair" reason. You'd probably need a parts range to fix it.
