This is a 2-speed, std. capacity washer.

Look to be worth the asking price.

$80??? A scrub board and a galvanized tub would would set you back at least half that!

I'm going to look into getting these.

Appears to be a 1975-ish HA206.  2-speed, 16 gallon tub.

So they were originally $80 and now they are $150. What?!?!?!

The nearly doubled asking price is a good enough reason to walk away.  Personally, the small tub size on the washer would have already been a deal-breaker for me.

Don't get overly anxious.  Hold out for a Maytag with the larger tub.  They show up often enough.   It will have four water level buttons instead of three, and one of them will be labeled "Extra Large."   You (and more importantly, the Mrs.) will be glad you did.
