This looks familiar - maybe a repost at a lower price?

GE 34" Wide Bottom Freezer Refrigerator

This is around 1968 and is one of the great GE Hot Gas Defrost models, can't tell from the pictures if this was repainted, this model is too early for shaded HG and too new to be sunny yellow.

Was there an intermediate yellow between sunny yellow and harvest gold?  This '68 GE dishwasher looks to match that fridge in color.  In the ad for the DW, you can see a paler color stove next to it, which looks like sunny yellow.

Intermediate Yellow Color?

No, you found another repainted appliance, harvest gold was so popular when it came out that many appliances were painted in an attempt to look like the cool new shaded HG color.

GE never made a color called "Sunny Yellow" - that was Frigidaire. GE's pastel yellow is "Canary Yellow". It was offered from the '55 model year until at least early '67, when it was discontinued for the introduction of Harvest. It was around approx. one year longer than Turquoise. I have a catalog somewhere that is dated 1967, and it shows GE appliances in White, Coppertone, Avocado and Canary Yellow.
