No window in W/D door. Would that indicate 1955?

What are these peoples problems? "Dishwasher and washer have not been used/tested"."Stove,oven and sink in working condition."

All they have to do is close the door and turn a knob or switch to see if they work!

"Only reasonable offers will be accepted"?

Or they could have said:  "Washer/dryer and dishwasher need lengthy, complicated and expensive restoration work, but we still think you should pay us more than $10,000 for this set".   At least it would have been honest...

Lol... If I had a bigger house and they were reasonable, I'd consider it.

No price and the seller doesn't know if the washer or dishwasher works???I DO NOT price other peoples goods. If you want to sell the thing----give a price to start working with. Why can't the seller test the washer and dishwasher-the unit is still connected-he should try them-esp before asking YOU the buyer to price the machine.

What's the problem with the listing? Make them an offer. Go right ahead. We don't know that they're being unrealistic. If it sits long enough, realism will set in

As for the washer and dishwasher not being tested. Would you honestly water test an appliance this old, if you knew as little about them as the seller likely does? It's in an apartment. They don't want water everywhere! Consider it non-functional. All these old appliances are in one of two categories, restored or un-restored. If this is a 1955 unit, it's not realistic to expect it to work.
