Bendix had some patents on the mechanism that WP "studied," to come up with the "nutating" action of the Flamenco or whatever, but Bendix did it in a tub full of water. |

The wonders never cease in this club; they just keep on comin'! Wouldn't it be amazing if someone found the proto-calypso. Maybe Robert could ask the pilot to stop at each city to search out this fabulous machine, on his trip to film Jetcone's Blackstone. There are so many old cities between Minneapolis and Boston, hiding hundreds of vintage machines. Some day we should organize a huge dragnet and flush 'em all out. Wouldn't that be sweet. |
