I have a broken belt on 1979 1-18 dryer

1. Any suggestions where to get a new belt

2. How do i put the new belt on......looks like the motor is in the mid section of the dryer I have no idea how do install how to get the belt o

I have a feeling this is a project in the making....might have to install a back up dryer...should I pick the harvest gold kenmore gas 1970's (don't known the model) or the harvest gold 1979
Elect. ....maytag decisions decisions....lol

Any help within # 1 and 2 would be greatly appreciated.

Belt

Did you get it replaced? I seem to remember that I had to take the drum out to get the belt off when I had a 1-18 dryer in the late 90's. Hope it goes well.
