At FIVE HUNDRED BUCKS???? The only appeal for me on this one are those killer door pulls. Surely this thing's not worth more than $75-100 unless you HAVE to have it....

That's closer to 1970.  The pulls Coldspot was putting on their boxes back then were unusually low.  We had a lesser model from 1975 with just plain chrome pulls and my dad had a service tech turn them upside down under warranty, and even after that they were still below waist level.
