Yes, it should remain blue at all times. Maybe some of the wash water is getting forced up in there somehow? I've never seen the JetDry turn brown in any of our dishwashers before. Does the cap fit tightly? |

I went and looked in the rinse agent dispenser of our KitchenAid tall tub (rinse agent replenished about once a month...last fill about two weeks ago) and my spare KitchenAid KUDS22 (used infrequently). Rinse agent in the dispensers for both showed similar, slight color change. While the solutions in both had not changed to green, they were not the same blue color as one sees in the bottle. I would guess that oxidation as well as exposure to the heat during the cycle may cause color change.
