A 'Honeywell' washer and dryer - with a GE badge right there on the console no less.

WTF?

Oh well, a fool in another part of the country. I just mentioned to Tennblondie78 that they can be found all over and this just helps clarify that. lol

These are the exact models I have! Both work great! Love the spray-rinse as part of the spin cycle.

Maybe Honeywell is a contender for buying out the appliance division from GE and he's privy to that tidbit!

Honeywell...idiots. Anybody can see that's a Boeing set!

Same with cars...

It was the same when I was a kid pouring over the used car ads in The Globe. I'd see ads for Plymouth Polaras, Ford Trans Ams, and Mercury Sattelites. I could never figure out how a person could not know what kind of car he had...

Am I missing something here considering it was Dodge Polaras, Pontiac TransAm, and the Plymouth Satelite? Or should I just try to book myself some first class passage on this W/D set and expect a lovely flight to the tropics.
I just couldn't help myself.
Now back to the regular programming...

@Frigilux

They're clearly not Honeywell's NOR Lockheeds :P

Those machines are far too technologically non-advanced for such prestigious branding!

So I'd take some ancient Boeing, or any McDonnell-Douglas designation (Particularly DC-9/MD-8x/9x), I think.

Not missing anything...

It was just my lame attempt at humour.

The cluelessness that brings us Honeywell washers & dryers today also brought us Ford Trans Ams, etc. back in the '70's.

Why would anyone want either of these pieces of crap? One of the rental homes Orma and I had in Florida had these. I ran the washer with just water to see it operate and was so disapointed,I replaced them with my Kitchenaid set I got from a local dealer, free.

Hilton Refrigerator, Anyone?

How did they come up with Hilton even after taking the full frontal shot?

It's scary to think that people like this may be registered voters.
