Even though our 19 year anniversary is tomorrow, my other half (who never ceases to amaze me) had these two gems waiting for me when I got home today. Here is the first one. What is so special about it? The model number is WCDAP-65. And being all porcelain, it is heavy.

Now For The Second Surprise!

At first glance, the 4 selector knobs surprised me. Then as soon as I saw the two drain hoses, I knew this was a WCDARN. I also have a WCIR-58 but never used the sudsaver.

Actually Frank didn't find these by himself. I got a telephone call in response to an ad I placed and he intercepted the call. The dealer still has 2 more rollermatics and 2 1-18s if I want them. He also has 5 boxes of NOS Frigidaire parts he'll give me. I'll make contact next week and make a few trips to pick everything up. He's only 20 minutes away from my house. The other model numbers he gave Frank are also mid-line models.

All in all, for someone who wants me to thin out my collection, it was nice of him to give me these additions.

They look almost mine. Especially the second set of pics.

Happy Anniversary

The 65 washer you pictured is identical to the one we had
growing up in Bloomington, MN. Ours was coppertone but that
was the exact control panel we had. I remember it well with
all the time I spent playing with that machine.

Congratulations on your anniversary and what a thoughtful
partner you must have to give you such great gifts!

Patrick

Now that I think of it Rich, that washer makes another matched Frigidaire set for you! Love that blue console......

Yes Jimmy, it does. I lost track since I'd been away from the hobby for a year. BTW - check out thread #5576. SURPRISE!
