I have completely gone through the philco washer from San Jose. I would be washing with it right not were it not for a broken agitator mount. Can anyone out there help me with a part? I would gladly pay you for the part and your time. I really want this thing to run!
If I'm successful I will post a video for all to see.

Regards
Marty

Philco parts are very rare, I'm actually surprised to see they used plastic in this particular area.  It may be that you have to contract a fabricator to recreate this part for you, I'd suggest a stronger material if you go that route.

It's too bad you don't know someone with access to a CNC machine that could scan it and make a copy our of a lightweight but strong aluminum. Maybe the local community college would tackle something as a student project.

Or maybe you could try finding or having cut some metal pieces, I mean, stainless or aluminum V shaped sized to fit in each space, that you could eventually fix to the screws inside?
Or a whole metal block shaped ring with the missing internal V's to engage the transmission thing?
I think it's easier and perhaps cheaper having a piece of Inoxidable metal made to adapt there, versus having an identical whole piece re-done..... But that's a precision job anyway....not sure who would be able to do that..... I think you could also weld proper deeper bolt housing that would ensure a greater blockage...though i am not an expert...
Mine is just a guess....don't know how feasible it would be in practice....
Wishing. Best of luck!!!!!!!!

CNC part

I had the mounting portion of the agitator base made by a CNC machine. It fits perfectly. However I think I am missing the filter ring? I also can't figure out how the boot stays in place on the base. Anyone want to set me straight?
