there was one for $125 in the Philly area once - more reasonable, but not sure how it compares to this one....thinking of your stove, Louis(ultramafic).

I think that's a '56 model. My dad gave same range (sans the Ultra-Ray Broiler)to my aunt as a gift back then. It's still cooking up a storm 'till this day.

Louie you should see if the spit rod will fit yours, they would probably sell just that part, and even if you had to buy the whole range you could resell the rest.
