Still I'd leave them upright for a hour or so to allow the tranny lube to flow back to where it normally is |

I've placed SQ washers on their backs for transport in my Grand Caravan with no ill effects. Wrestling them up and down stairs, through narrow doorways, etc, present greater potential for damage in my opinion. |
