Yesterday I seen this ad on Craigslist for this set. After work, I went and checked them out. Ended up buying them. Since I didn't have my truck with me, I had to leave them. Today after work I'll be picking them up. This is the photo that was in the Craigslist ad. Once I get them home, I'll post more pictures.

There are a few scratches on the cabinets, nothing major, but the control panels look brand new.

I had this set in Almond.  Great washer.  Awesome Dryer!

Is your new dryer gas or electric?  The dryer I had was gas.  Best dryer I have ever owned.

It is an electric dryer.

This is my second electronic control panel Kenmore. My other one is a 1990 Lady Kenmore in Platnium.

This set isn't the Lady Kenmore. They are the Limited Edition Kenmore.

Very pretty!

Gordon says they were built in late 1987.

Can you post a little closer pix of the control panels (so we can read the labels)?

Thanks!

Kevin

Just like my Almond set...

...which I purchased new in September of 1987.
27 years old and still working great with only a couple of minor repairs.

The suspense was.....

driving me crazy to the very last pic!
I was hoping it would reveal itself to be a belt-drive machine.
But alas, it is a direct-drive.
They sure are a pretty set though. Beautiful score!

BEAUTIFUL set - good choice

Excellent, love these..on my wish list - preferring black. I think they're classic in their times.

No need to say, "Jealous" but will toss in for grins.
