I love to watch my washing machines do the business. My partner often comes in to the laundry room to find me with my finger Jamed down the slot on my GE filter flo so i can watch the agitator and recirculation with the lid open. He thinks I am quite mad (he is a psychiatrist) which is a worry. I too hate to go out whilst a washing machine is on. I like to keep an eye to see what it is up to. I love to watch the laundry go around on the LG truesteam washer, especially when it does its six motion bit. I took the smoked plastic panel off the door to get a better view of the drum. A big improvement.
Happy laundering! BTW we are in Japan on vacation at the moment and I love the bidet toilets that are all over Japan. They are such a great idea. Would love one for home. The japanse are very clever and very inventive! |

When I get up in the morning most of the time I put a load on, this is an non-colour fast cottons wash which takes an hour, so for the next 60 minutes I can sit there with coffee and fags slowly waking up, I find it a very pleasant way of waking up, like others here know anyone standing in the way is a F*****G pain......I could at times be accused of being paranoid and thinking they do it on purpose! :-)
This is my view from the dining table

I can definitely share those memories,
worst is when I go to a friends house, and they are unaware of my interest and they have a classic washer, they kind of wonder "is he watching the washer?" - but then again I always end up confessing to it and it's usually not a problem, I have been called 'weird' for it before, but why should that make a difference? Nice to see everyone has fond memories :) Brandon. |
