Someone definitely forgot a decimal point in that figure somewhere. Let alone it's UNTESTED!

Someone has fallen off their rocker and knocked the sense out of their head when they hit the floor.

But...but it's old and is pink inside, pink! It has to be worth a lot of money, right?

...and I'd have considered that price if it had the maple wood top, the rinse dispenser and the cup racks. Pity.

That maple cutting board top was something that was thrown into the sales discussion long after the store had closed on a Saturday night when we were trying to get mom to agree to get the dishwasher. Mom said she did not like the "modern" pattern on the Textolite top so Mr. Alpert, the department manager, said that the maple was available, but when he quoted a price of something like $35, she said "no" and we bought the machine as shown on the floor.

More like $135 and, back then, to be fair to your Mother, that would have been close to 2K in today's dollars. Did it have the cup racks and the rinse dispenser at least?
