Hi, James here.

I am fairly new to this forum, however, have recently acquired my self a Servis Supertwin Mk3 - 108 and it's in real great nick. Am just in the process of waiting for a replacement wash pump return pipe to be delivered as the end has perished and the pipe disappeared down the hole in the tub!

Only real problem I have is that the spinner seems to have a slight leak. Have checked the outfeed and other pipes and these seem in goo condition and no holes visible. twice now I have had the back off and put water in and no leaks visible. Just wondered if any of you who know a little more then me about these machines may be able to give me a few pointers as to the most likely places this may be coming from and best places to look.

It seems a great machine and much quieter than the Hotpoint 9414 I have and also seems much more robust in build.

Any help here would be hugely appreciated guys.

Servis leak

James.....

I'm no expert in all things Servis, but I have worked on many types of machines over the years. If you want an 'extra pair of eyes' while tracing your leak, I am local to you in the ST5 area.

All best

Dave T

Service Leak

Hi Dave

Thanks for the offer.

Will have to get the Christmas break out of the way I think and then have a look at it.

Good to know there may be someone on hand who may be able to help if I get stuck.

May take you up on this if I do.

Cheers

James
