Keep an eye on your local classifieds and craigslist - I've found LOTS of vintage goodies in that part of the world in the past, so you might just be able to find a parts donor machine.

Over half of the parts you list can easily found else where, the lead washers etc.

You are unlikely to find most of the parts listed, are you able to make substitutions in your restoration process?

Sure I can, over half? Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!
