That was the Camco wall-mounted dryer made in Canada--was sold as a GE along with an impeller-based Chinese portable. Very early '00s, I'd guess.

On the tag, it says 3-88, probably a build date. Nice score!

We worked on lots of these, they were ok machines, they were made by WCI in the US, they were a little larger in capactiy than the 24" compact WPs but not nearly as durable.  This one is designed for 240 or 208 volts [ there is no such thing as 220 volts in North America ], they also made a 120 volt version of these dryers.
