Hi,

Ive had a Servis MK75 dryer in my collection for a year and a bit, it resided in tempoary storage in my bedroom being used every now and then, but recently I've got my collection in order and in a new shed and moved it out. In the house it was fine, but the other day I plugged it in and left it ON at the mains but the timer set to 0. About 15 mins after I reached up for something ontop of it and felt that the lid was hotter than it should be, so I opened the door and it was warm in the drum at the front where the heater sits, and it had clearly been on but I wasnt aware of that. I unplugged it and thought ''Don't use it for a while'', and so this leads to my question...what might have gone that has caused it to heat up all of a sudden? To clarify, mains were ON, timer set to O and the door closed. I'd love to keep her running for as long as possible, and advice to solve the issue is appreciated.

Poor picture below.
Thanks in advance

Chris
