Surely Gordon will know exact specs and details, but these odd panels were often used in contract and builder sales. A childhood friend of my mother's bought a mobile home to live in while their ancient farmhouse was torn down and new home was built and a very similar set was included in the package. Very similar panels as these. They ended up keeping the KM set from the "trailer" and used them in the new house.
Woodgrain versions of this style are pictured in the Sears Kenmore Builders Catalog: CLICK HERE TO GO TO gansky1's LINK |

While apparently Toyota dealers gave away some similar KM W&D pairs none were made exclusively for Toyota, true they took the most ugly KMs ever and Toyota [ never known for great looking cars either ] did use these for promotional purposes, but as Greg mentioned these were popular builder models in the early 80s. |
