Is there something missing?? A hose or something, to connect this to the sink faucet?

This model connects to a threaded faucet with a regular washer inlet hose in the back and the big faucet swings to the sink for draining and over that hole in the lid to make suds.

I look at this and see work. Yes, owners said that they could finish a week's wash in an hour, but it was an hour of hard work, lifting hot wet clothing and doing lots of stuff that was certainly easier than using a wringer and set tubs, but I probably would have been satisfied to sit on my butt, read low class pulp fiction and eat bon-bons while the Bendix handled the laundry.
