Ugh, I fell in love with this unit when I saw it for the first time at the Hotel and Restaurant Show at the Javits Center in Manhattan in 1982. But that machine had Whirlpool/Kenmore black Surgilators instead of these crappy white things that look like new-ish SQ models. Still, this would be a very cool thing to have in a basement or a garage.

I Swear If One Ever Comes Across A 115v/60hz Version

Am going to grab it and worry about where it will go later! *LOL*

Though marketed to car washes an Alliance salesperson informed me hotels, motels, restaurants, hospitals, anyone with large amounts of "small" laundry purchased these units.

Shirts, napkins, cloth towels, smaller tablecloths, pillow slips the lot all could be cranked out in record time.

It's in Stoughton

Sort of my neck of the woods.

I always liked these too. Yes Ken. I saw my first UniMac at a restaurant show in New Jersey back in the late 60s.

This is nice with the Lucite spin chamber cover. Originally they were metal so no peeking. I remember them with Maytag narrow post Gyrators. There was a laundry on North Decatur Road near Emory University that had one of these sort of perpendicular to a plate glass window and I checked it out beginning as a child and then even when I was driving until the laundry closed.

Two grand isn't *that* bad of a price for this unit. If someone has a business some of that could be deducted on taxes I shouldn't wonder. You'll need the proper electrical connections...

I've always liked these:

I always wanted to play with one. Although I do prefer the older version with the Whirlpool Surgilator. That power spray rinse in the extractor is just amazing!
I have worked with some FL UniMac washer extractors and have found their performance to be nothing less than stellar.
