I've only seen a couple of these for sale. The black cabinet is very cool and the pattern on the speakers really makes a "mid-century modern" statement. $250 is a good price, provided the back is still on and it hasn't been played with internally. I'd buy it if I didn't have too many unfinished projects scattered around. Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley.

the good stuff is always West coast and it's gone. I liked that design, as well as the more contemporary cabinets. The speaker cloth is neat looking.

Really striking looking Magnavox Hi-Fi set!!!Again in Palm Springs--Great area for Magnavox hunters.I love the appearence-looks so "retro" and "atomic"It needs the "atomic" logo!Seen other Hi-fi sets and speakers using that same grillcloth. The cloth had large "pores" so as not to attenuate the HF audio. You could actually see the speaker drivers behind the cloth.
