They are 1 step below the Lady Kenmore's, but full featured. I had the same dryer (white and gas) bought new from Sears at a closeout in 1974. Far as I know, my ex-brother in law is still using it.

I think this is the appliance graveyard outside of Phoenix.

Love the color. Worth every penny, IMO.

My Aunt Marybeth had this set in avocado and just replaced them with the new LG 8000 set I. Got her and Uncle Tom with a GE slide in dual speed convection Profile with warming drawer and probe. Both from Home Depot with four year service plans. The pair have the riser drawers too. The Kenmores still worked fine so their daughter needed a washer and dryer and Tom and I replaced the belt, tightened it a little more then it was and replaced the hot and cold water inlet hoses and the drain hose on the washer and took the dryer apart, vacuumed out the residue lint build up,replaced the entire drive assembly and put a nice coat of Turtle Wax on both after scrubbing the exterior with Spray 9. They work great.
