I recently bought a speed queen 432 washing machine and I noticed the cycle selection has changed. Instead of Regular and Permanent Press there is now Heavy Duty/Permanent Press and Normal Eco.

From my understanding on the older cycles Regular used fast agitation and fast spin. Permanent Press used fast agitation and slow spin.

Heavy Duty/Permanent Press seems to be the old Regular cycle with the prewash missing. However, I do not know what to make of the Normal Eco other than water selection is ignored.

Does a fast agitation and slow spin cycle no longer exist?

Also, will the modification to add a warm and hot rinse still work?
