Hi, I need a help from someone here. I was wondering if there is any way to access the main board of these new electronic washing machines, with a computer or something like this, and reset its programation.I mean customize the washing cicles. Is there any technician here that could help me?? Thanks. I'd be so glad to talk about it.

To a certain degree, one could do it on certain machines.
Lets start with most LGs, Electrolux, most Whirlpool machines. By default, the electronic bords on these can not be modified. Not even by a technician.
Some LGs and Whirlpools towards the TOL end have USB connections to install software updates. You could theoreticly write you own updates, but that would require knowledge comparable to bachelor in IT or such. It would be verry complicated.
By the way, some Samsungs feature that as well.
This USB system is most likely found on the touchscreen models of all the manufactureres.
Now, we get to models and makes that probably are not avaible in your region.
Miele is leading in that area. A technician could acess the programming via an optical comunicator and special software. He can do then certain preset modifications like extended interim spins, higher water levels etc. But he can change pretty much all basic parameters manually.
However you need the software made by Miele (there is no possible way to get that as a private person) and a pretty expensive optocopler. So, this can only be done by a technician.
GE in the US went one step further. Using a small micro computer (I think it was a RaspberryPi) you can fully acess every TOL applainces made by them. You can either just use communication features or erase the whole programming and rewrite it. But you have to write the whole code your self.
So, as you have a Samsung pair, you most likely can not do anything about the programming.
Keep eyes peeled on ebay for Miele optical interfaces
The newer machines require a newer version so often they pop up for sale.
The software is more tricky.
I seem to recall it was freely available for a while
