Granted, maybe not the sexiest designs when you consider what some of your collectors have amassed, but at $40….jeesh!

I always find models such as this, with auto/programed temp option but only three water levels, to be a bit odd.

The ad has been deleted by the seller.  These are a nice looking pair.  Such a shame that the color didn't catch on.

Glenn, I cannot make out the panel, but I think this is an 80 series.  With this feature set, it's the entry-level in the Sears model number scheme.  I would expect the top of this series would have variable water level, fs dispenser, and a white porcelain tub.

I believe this model washer is an older belt driven Kenmore in toast. I did notice the dryers lint filter is not it's original one.

Mark, if you picked up the set for $40, you got a deal. Right, the lint filter isn't original, but maybe you can get that painted to match the rest. They looked very clean and nice for the money, so enjoy!
