Aside from the horrors of trying to navigate that stairway in shoes that make the lady's feet almost invisible, I noticed that her face with those high cheek bones and that round hair style make her look like an older Shirley Temple. Also, that crown, while it looks good in a logo, seems a bit too masculine for the washing queen in the ad--just sayin'.

Man, from 1957 to around '68 the consoles on Frigidaires were so amazingly stylish. Nearly every year brought something new and delightful. No wonder GM was losing money; can you imagine the cost of keeping such a vast array of parts in stock for the consoles alone?
