Since I have no hobby money right now, I peruse the free section of Craigslist regularly lol. I've been told that when I come across interesting laundry related finds to put them here.

There are scrappers who watch the free section also, and many of them have no compunction about destroying good old well made stuff for merely a few dollars. Yet once it's gone, it's gone forever, as quality is permanently a thing of the past. So, whenever I see stuff that looks to my uneducated eye to be at least somewhat old, I think of you guys :)

I'm so sorry!

I thought I had clicked on the Shopper's Square for this, but I botched it up! I'm just all thumbs around here lol. Please bare with my agonizingly slow learning curve! :(

If you're going to continue to post links to free washers and dryers just be aware that free stuff tends to get snapped up pretty quickly, meaning that the links to these listings will be taken down and no longer work within a few days or even a few hours. With no photos attached to the threads you create so that everyone can at least see what was listed, they quickly serve no other purpose than to knock another thread off the first page, and once bumped from the first page a threads chances of being viewed drop dramatically. So while your efforts to track down and post links to vintage machines is appreciated, perhaps Shoppers Square is a more appropriate location for them. Just something to consider.

Edit: In re-reading your second post I see that you posted this here in Vintage by mistake, so...........never-mind.undecided
