That is an oddball - looks to be similar to the Panasonic-Hitachi style Japanese made machines like Wards and Penney's carried. Don't know where they get GE from unless the motor is a GE? Monitor made the small wringer washers with impeller washing action and hand crank wringers.

Hitachi

I would wager this is an early 70's Hitachi clone. It's not a 1950's appliance... It has the same cabinet as my 70s Hitachi and the doors are the same. They made a gazillion machines with different colors and so on from that design.

Still a fun machine, at least they don't want like $300+ for it because its "vintage".
