I am just so short on both space and money, so it's time to pare down.

Many may recall that I salvaged this freezer fairly recently from the same place I got the 1971 Maytag dryer. It took quite some doing to get it out of the house that it was in, but I was so excited to get this freezer since I remember growing up with one like it. I just love the evaporator coils as shelves. It's paining me to let it go- I'm looking at it right now- but it's time to let someone have it that can really use it and enjoy it.

I will plug it in one more time, to watch all those coils get nice and frosty, and to demonstrate that it does indeed work.

I wanted to make it available here first, to my new "family", rather than stick it on CL for who knows who to wind up with it. Hopefully there is someone nearby who both needs and wants such a big freezer? As I understand from the daughter, the original owner was an avid hunter, so made good use of it.

 Forgot to add that bit of detail. It's difficult to read, but it appears to have an October 1968 date stamped onto the schematic.
