Interesting!  Could be one of GE's first 'convertibles' - I'd guess it may be as old as a '63 or '64 model.

Very much like our first Front-loader GE dishwasher. Very pretty but not worth 250 unless one needs a convertible to round out their collection.

Think these are the models John (Combo52) is saying that got major improvements over the older top load design. Could be fun to play with especially if the motor and pump parts are more easily sourced.

OTOH if we are still talking about that Plastisol interior....

That's a lovely...but you are assuredly knee-deep in Plastisol at this point in their lineage.

Is this still the old axial pump design?
