Possibly the best convection oven you could buy. Mine gave perfect baking results and, unlike some in full size ranges with the fan at the back, nothing had to be turned part way through baking.

I agree with Tom, but Microwave? Dehydrator? Somebody is pushing reality.

Microwave?

I don't remember these being a microwave.  If the temp and fan gets low enough I suppose a dehydrator.

I have the exact same model. I remember when my grandmother got it decades ago. It has now been passed down to me. Simple design, but works really well. I bring it up from the basement whenever I make pepperoni pies, or bake anything that doesn't fit in my Breville Smart Oven.

Dehydrator?

Actually most if not all these countertop convection ovens could be used as dehydrators. My Maxim version gives directions and has special racks for drying out things such as fruits, herbs, etc.

Truth to tell cook something incorrectly in any convection oven and it will be dried out to almost rock like state. *LOL* It is the warm or hot fan forced air that does it.

I had two of these, this model and a newer model. I used the poop out of them. Loved how they worked. Both are still in use. One at the cabin kitchen and one at my old office.
