I don't think it was a Hobart product, I didn't see that anywhere on it. Although I never had it connected, it seemed like a decent design, squirrel-cage fans looked like they could be pretty powerful. I did a search on ebay for KitchenAire and found almost nothing except for a beautiful "kitchen radio" that looked to be from the 30's or 40's.
