I'm thinking this machine just barely makes into the "Imperial" forum -- not sure of the vintage of this machine. Just picked up yesterday. She makes all the wonderful clanks and clunks that my '66 Norge and '74 Wards machines made. However, she's naked! I am in search of the lint filter and fabric softener. Ebay didn't turn up anything. Would anyone be willing to sell to me?

Norges are cool with all the noises and rawness and partial-drain-extract.

And this machine, although newer, does not disappoint in the noise-making department! It runs like a dream, just needing the lint filter and fabric softener dispenser. I hope they're out there somewhere!

Todd, I'm so happy for you.  Definitely a very respectably featured model!!!

fabric softener dispenser

check this Magic Chef(Norge) from Ebay. I don't know that includes the filter too, regardless of how it's labeled, but it is for sure the softener dispnser for a mid 70's to mid 80's Norge built burpolator machine.
AND THOSE MACHINES ARE LOUD AND FUN AND WASH WELL AND RINSE WELL AND FILTER WELL AND ARE LOUD FUN!!!

Thanks, Akronman! I guess my ebay search wasn't thorough enough. Looks like just the softener dispenser but at least now I'm halfway there!

EBAY

Norge built their own, they built for Montgomery Wards, they built for Magic Chef, so there are a few ways to search

Is this number 2, or 3, in your quest to replace?
