A model 1512. I have only seen one in 23 years in the food business. These are a real workhorse slicer and have not been made for at least 45 years.

I got all excited first glance when I saw it is in Plymouth.  Then I saw Minnesota. I thought it might be a stone's throw from here and I could get coldspot66 to help me. LOL.

 

Boy, those Hobart anythings seem to last and last.
